Introduction Time (and my MIA story)

Hello my peeps :-),
I would like to explain a little about my MIA lately, but first I want to introduce you all to my family.
My Husband, Joshua, is in his last semester of College at MSU and is student teaching at the Belgrade High School (we are pretty excited to finally be about done, lets just say it’s been a LONG time coming!!) He also owns and operates his own Window Washing Business, and is in the Army National Guard. He is an amazing man with an insurmountable drive that I wish I had!!
I also Have 3 Children:
My oldest, Tristan, is 7 and he loves just about everything that I don’t know anything about, with the exception of Horses! All of my children share that passion of mine!  He is a pokemon, Harry Potter, Star Wars ( I do know about Star Wars) and wii game fanatic! He knows more about animals and their environment than anyone I’ve met! He is an independent, hard working and quite the witty little man!
My next son, Kaiser, is 3. He loves Horses and Rhinos and Dinosaurs. He loves doing what ever his brother is doing. But most of all he enjoys being on his bike, playing sports, and taking down bad guys!! He is fun loving, active, and very sweet!
My youngest, Mckenna, is 1 and 1/2. She loves being heard :-)! She enjoys getting into everything and knows exactly what it is she wants! She loves her blanket and drags that behind her everywhere. She just gets right into the wrestling matches with her brothers and has no fear. She loves being outside as well.
My girl is not the sweet girl I pictured I’d have, she is full of spunk and spirit and her daddy’s drive!
I love them all more than I can express!!

-Why I’ve been more MIA than I’d like to be:
In about September of 2015 my one month old daughter at the time was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis.  It was quite a blow for me, and I thought it was a big hit, until in February of 2016 they diagnosed my 2 year old son, Kaiser, with Cystic Fibrosis as well! Devastation and depression hit me hard for basically the whole year of 2016. It took me forever to figure out our new routines, and get into our new way of life. But most of all I had to learn to accept it and rely on my God for strength.  It is hard to keep my littles hidden away during the cold and flu season so that their lungs stay healthy and safe, but they can’t live in a bubble, so I’m still learning our balance.  They are both strong, and they have each other for support and have a great support system from doctors to family and friends.  It took a lot of my energy and time, and a whole lot of faith last year to helping Kaiser, Mac and our family transition to our new path.
Around November/December of last year ( 2016) we decided to sell our condo and build a home.  I was so excited!!
I was very naive.
We are building our home ourselves with the help of my very talented Dad.  I’ve drawn our plans and moved walls and redone kitchen ideas!  I’ve gathered bids and estimates from excavation to how much paint we need and the cost. All the while selling our condo, on our own,  moving into an apartment, and all the cleaning!! I’m still not done cleaning and we close on the 14th!!  Now I love my husband with everything I have and am, but he is also very busy with schooling right now and his own business, so all the house stuff has been placed upon me. I did not correctly calculate the amount of time, energy,  and stress that I’d be taking on, on top of taking care of my family!! Now some people are superheroes or just have better skills than myself and could handle all this and run a photography business without a hitch, but I am not one of those people.
2017 will be a very busy year for us with all the building; I’m excited ( stressed) for the new change and adventure that awaits us!
And with the new house comes my own actual studio!!! I’m so excited to have a larger studio space that I may serve my clients so much better.  So while I have been doing less this last year and this year, I’m not going away completely and will be coming back stronger and revamped!!
Thank you for you love and support, our family would be lost without it!!!
